(See Fitting Guide.) Cut the bandage to double the desired length, allowing for an extra 3–4cm length on both ends. If the bandage is being used on the lower arm, measure out and cut two holes for the thumb. Pull the bandage over the hand or foot and move it up the limb, gently and evenly.
