Its dual-layer design — soft inner layer for comfort, durable outer layer for protection — creates a physical barrier between upper and lower teeth to prevent further damage. Each guard moulds at home in under five minutes for a secure, custom fit. 2 guards per pack.

How to Use

Mould the guard at home using the boil-and-bite method in under 5 minutes. Most people find it moulds best to the lower teeth. If the fit feels loose, remould — up to 4 times.
