Ingredients: Affron® (saffron) extract (≥3.5% crocin, picrocrocin, ≥0.2% safranal), vitamin D (sourced from algae), PureSea® natural iodine (sourced from marine algae from the Scottish Hebrides), baobab (prebiotic), tapioca (capsule shell).
Adults and children (12yrs+): Take two capsules with or after food. You should start to notice a difference in 2–4 weeks.
All capsules can be twisted open and the contents mixed with food or drink such as a yoghurt or smoothie if required.
