How the Two Tablets Work

• White (Day) tablets — Paracetamol 500mg + Pseudoephedrine HCl 60mg: relieves pain and fever, and clears a blocked nose without causing drowsiness
• Blue (Night) tablets — Paracetamol 500mg + Diphenhydramine HCl 25mg: same pain and fever relief, plus an antihistamine that eases catarrh, sneezing, and runny nose while promoting restful sleep

Important: Do not mix up the tablets. The white tablet is for daytime only; the blue tablet is for night-time only. Taking the blue tablet during the day can cause unwanted drowsiness; taking the white tablet at night may interfere with sleep. Always check the colour before taking.

How to Use

1. Adults, elderly, and children 12 years and over.
2. Daytime: one white tablet every 4–6 hours, up to 3 times a day (morning, midday, afternoon).
3. Night-time: one blue tablet at night only.
4. Do not take more than 3 white tablets a day.
5. Do not take the blue (night) tablet during the day.
6. Contains paracetamol — do not use any other paracetamol-containing product at the same time.

Who Should Not Use This?

• Children under 12 years of age
• Anyone allergic to paracetamol, pseudoephedrine, diphenhydramine, or any other ingredient
• Anyone already taking another product containing paracetamol
• Anyone with severe high blood pressure or severe coronary artery disease
• Anyone taking, or who has recently taken, MAOIs (antidepressants)

Speak to your pharmacist first if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, thyroid problems, glaucoma, an enlarged prostate, or difficulty passing urine, or if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking any other medicine.

Important Information

• Contains paracetamol — do not take with any other paracetamol-containing product. Exceeding the stated dose may cause serious liver damage.
• Night-time tablets may cause drowsiness — if affected, avoid driving or operating machinery and avoid alcohol.
• Can be used with the contraceptive pill or anticonvulsants for epilepsy, but pain/fever relief may be reduced.
• Possible side effects — white tablets: restlessness, difficulty sleeping, increased heart rate (especially if taken too close to bedtime). Blue tablets: drowsiness, dizziness (particularly in those over 65). Seek medical advice if severe or persistent.

White (Day) Tablets: Paracetamol 500mg, Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride 60mg. Excipients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Maize Starch, Sodium Starch Glycollate, Pregelatinised Maize Starch, Hydroxypropylcellulose, Croscarmellose Sodium, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate; coating: Methylcellulose, Opaspray, Titanium Dioxide (E171), Propylene Glycol.

Blue (Night) Tablets: Paracetamol 500mg, Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride 25mg. Same base excipients as white tablets; coating additionally contains Indigo Carmine (E132).
