How to Use
Adults: use 3 sprays daily – 3 sprays contains 75μg (3000 IU) vitamin D3 and 75μg of vitamin K2 (MK-7). On initial usage press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth or ideally on the inside of your cheek. Replace cap after use. Once opened, use within 6 months. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.

Ingredients
Water, diluent (xylitol), emulsifiers (acacia gum and sunflower lecithin), medium chain triglycerides, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavouring (natural peppermint oil), antioxidant (DL-α-tocopheryl acetate [vitamin E]).
