How to Use

• Adults and children aged 12+: Take up to 4 capsules daily with food
• Children aged 3–11 years: Take 1–2 capsules daily with food
• During antibiotic use or travel: Take 4 capsules daily. Continue for at least 2 weeks after finishing antibiotics or 1 week after returning from travel
• Capsules may be swallowed whole or opened and sprinkled onto cool food or mixed into a cold drink
• Do not exceed the recommended daily intake
