Calcichew 500mg Chewable Tablets contain calcium carbonate, providing 500mg of elemental calcium per tablet. Calcium is essential for the formation and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth. These tablets can be used to treat and prevent calcium deficiency resulting from insufficient dietary intake or increased bodily needs, and may be recommended for osteoporosis, pregnancy, and kidney dialysis patients.
Do not take if you:
Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking if you have kidney problems, are on long-term treatment, are taking cardiac glycosides or diuretics, or have conditions affecting your bones.
Active: Calcium Carbonate 1250mg (equivalent to 500mg calcium).
Excipients: Xylitol (E967), Povidone, Isomalt (E953), Fatty Acid Mono- and Di-Glycerides, Magnesium Stearate, Sucralose (E955).
