Cialis for Men 10mg is a pharmacy-only medicine containing Tadalafil 10mg, used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men aged 18 years and over. Tadalafil belongs to a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors and works by helping increase blood flow to the penis following sexual stimulation.
Cialis for Men can begin working from approximately 30 minutes after taking a tablet, and the ability to achieve an erection following sexual stimulation may be improved for up to 36 hours. Sexual stimulation is required for the medicine to work.
In Ireland, Cialis for Men is available without a prescription through pharmacies following an appropriate healthcare-professional consultation.

Key Ingredient
Tadalafil 10mg – A PDE5 inhibitor. Following sexual stimulation, it helps the blood vessels in the penis relax, allowing increased blood flow and thereby improving erectile function. Tadalafil does not automatically produce an erection — sexual arousal and stimulation are still necessary for Cialis for Men to work.
How to Use
Adult men aged 18 years and over: Take one 10mg tablet when needed, approximately 30 minutes before anticipated sexual activity. Swallow the tablet whole with water. It can be taken with or without food.
- Do not take more than one tablet per day.
- Cialis for Men is not recommended for continuous daily use. Men who expect to use tadalafil frequently (e.g. at least twice weekly) should discuss their treatment with their doctor.
- Avoid excessive alcohol before sexual activity, as this can impair erectile function and increase the likelihood of dizziness or low blood pressure.
- Grapefruit juice may affect tadalafil and should be used with caution.
