A thicker cushioning zone helps redistribute pressure and protect areas exposed to substantial rubbing during walking, running and other activities. Each pack contains 5 individually wrapped plasters that flex with the foot and stay securely in place for several days.

How It Works

It is normal for the plaster to develop a white bubble or patch during wear. This indicates that the hydrocolloid has absorbed fluid from the blister.

How to Use

1. Clean and thoroughly dry the skin before application. Make sure the blister area is free from creams and oils.
2. Remove the protective paper without touching the adhesive surface.
3. Place the plaster firmly over the blister.
4. Smooth down the edges carefully to ensure good adhesion.
5. Leave the plaster in place until it begins to detach naturally. It may remain attached for several days.
6. To remove, do not pull upwards — slowly stretch the plaster along the skin until it releases.

When to Use

Apply to an existing underfoot blister to provide cushioning and pain relief, or at the first signs of rubbing to help prevent further blister development. There is no need to deliberately burst a blister before applying. If the blister has already opened, clean and dry it before applying the plaster.
