Corsodyl Aniseed Treatment Mouthwash is an intensive, clinically proven treatment for bleeding gums, irritated gums, gingivitis, and painful mouth ulcers. It is designed for short-term use alongside a good daily oral care routine and is trusted by dental professionals for effective gum care.
Formulated with 0.2% chlorhexidine digluconate, Corsodyl works by rapidly killing the bacteria that cause plaque and gum disease. It begins working within 30 seconds and forms a protective antibacterial layer over the teeth and gums, helping to prevent new plaque formation for up to 12 hours.
Gingivitis should not be ignored. If left untreated, it can progress to periodontitis, an irreversible form of gum disease that may eventually lead to tooth loss. Acting early with Corsodyl Treatment Mouthwash can help treat the early signs of gum disease, such as bleeding, red, or swollen gums.
Corsodyl Aniseed is also suitable for:
Helping gums heal after dental surgery
Treating mouth ulcers and oral thrush
Managing denture-related sore mouth
How Corsodyl Treatment Mouthwash Works
The active ingredient, chlorhexidine digluconate, kills plaque-causing bacteria and creates a long-lasting antibacterial barrier on the teeth and gums, providing extended protection against plaque build-up.
