How to Use

  1. Place the brush against the outside of the lower teeth and move gently in small circles, working from the back around to the other side.
  2. Brush the inside of the lower teeth, paying extra attention to the inside front teeth.
  3. Repeat on the outside and inside of the upper teeth, brushing carefully around brackets and wires.
  4. Clean chewing surfaces with gentle back-and-forth strokes.

Use very light pressure. Replace your toothbrush every three months, or sooner if the filaments become worn.
