How to Use

1. Apply only to clean, dry skin.
2. Open the pouch and remove one patch.
3. Peel off the clear protective film.
4. Apply the sticky side to the desired area.
5. Leave in place for up to three hours.
6. Remove and discard after use. Each patch is for single use only.
7. Reseal the pouch to prevent remaining patches from drying out, and use within one month of opening.

• Do not apply to broken, irritated or inflamed skin, or over other topical products.
• Do not cut the patch or apply near the eyes.
• Avoid use if allergic to menthol or adhesive plasters.

• Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on infants.
