Key Ingredients

How to Use

1. Apply only to clean, dry skin.
2. Remove the protective paper from one adhesive plaster.
3. Open a pouch and remove one Actiflex patch.
4. Attach the cotton side of the patch to the adhesive side of the plaster.
5. Remove the transparent protective film from the patch.
6. Position it over the desired joint area.
7. Remove the remaining protective side strips and secure the plaster edges to the skin.
8. A cooling sensation may be felt after application.
9. Each patch is single use only and should be discarded after use.
