How to Use

Shake Skin Nourishing Milk Bath well and pour into warm running bath water for a relaxing soak. In the shower, massage a coin-sized amount of Cool-Down Body Wash over damp skin, then rinse.

Warm a small amount of Musclease Active Body Oil between your palms and massage into the body, particularly areas such as the lower back, abdomen, thighs and buttocks. Apply Instant Refreshing Gel to tired legs using upward massage movements, or massage into the shoulders, neck and arms using circular motions.
