How to Use

1. Heat the compress in a microwave for approximately 15–20 seconds (follow supplied instructions, as times may vary by microwave).
2. Shake gently after heating to distribute heat evenly.
3. Test the temperature against the inside of your wrist before applying near your eye.
4. Place over the closed eye, adjust the strap and relax for 7–10 minutes.
5. After treatment, gently massage the affected eyelid as instructed and clean away any secretions using the supplied eyelid wipe or a clean tissue.

• Remove contact lenses before use.
• Do not apply to broken or bleeding skin.
• Do not share this compress with another person.
• Do not exceed the specified heating time.
• Allow the compress to return to room temperature before reheating.
• Do not immerse or wash the compress — wipe with a damp cloth only (no detergent).
