Its combination of alginate and antacids forms a protective raft over the stomach contents while also neutralising excess stomach acid. Sugar-free and gluten-free, it is suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over, and can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding when taken as directed.

Active Ingredients

Each 10ml contains:

• Sodium Alginate 500mg – Forms a protective raft over the stomach contents to help prevent acid reflux.
• Sodium Bicarbonate 267mg – An antacid that helps neutralise excess stomach acid and contributes to raft formation.
• Calcium Carbonate 160mg – Provides additional acid-neutralising action.

How to Use

• Shake the bottle well before use.
• Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Take 10–20ml after meals and at bedtime, up to four times a day.
• Children under 12 years: Use only on medical advice.
• If symptoms persist beyond 7 days, seek medical advice.

• Contains sodium — patients advised to follow a sodium-restricted diet should take this into account.
• Contains methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E218) and propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E216), which may cause allergic reactions.
• The aniseed flavour contains benzyl alcohol.
