How to Use
Remove the hot pack from its outer packaging. Activate the internal mechanism as directed on the pack, then squeeze and shake until the heating action begins.
Always wrap the activated pack in a cloth or suitable protective sleeve before placing it against the body. Check that the temperature feels comfortably warm rather than excessively hot. Apply to the required area and remove immediately if it becomes uncomfortable.
The pack provides warmth for up to approximately 40 minutes and should be discarded after use. It must not be reheated or reused.
