How to Use

Remove one pad from its individual wrapper and unfold it. Peel away the protective coverings from the two adhesive strips, then position the pad inside your bra or nursing top with the contoured edges at the sides. Press the adhesive areas against the fabric to hold the pad securely in place.

• Replace whenever the pad becomes wet or saturated — Lansinoh recommends changing after each feed as a guideline
• Each pad is for single use only
• Dispose of used pads in a waste bin — do not flush down the toilet
• Keep individual wrappers away from babies and children

Materials & Disposal

The key absorbent material is a Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP), which captures and retains leaked breast milk within the pad's core. Individual wrappers are made from PP/woven plastic and may be recyclable where local facilities accept this material. Used breast pads should be disposed of with household waste.
