Key Ingredient

Paracetamol 500mg – An analgesic and antipyretic that helps relieve pain and reduce fever associated with colds and flu.

How to Use

• Empty 1 sachet into a mug of hot water and stir until dissolved. Sweeten with sugar, honey or your usual sweetener if preferred.
• Adults, elderly and those aged 16+: Take 1 sachet every 4 hours as required. Maximum 6 sachets in 24 hours.
• Children aged 12–15: Take 1 sachet every 4–6 hours when necessary. Maximum 4 doses in 24 hours.
• Children under 12: Do not use.
• Speak to a doctor if symptoms do not improve or worsen after 3 days.
