Magnesium Verla is a magnesium supplement used when the body has low magnesium levels. This can happen if:
Your diet doesn’t contain enough magnesium
Your body does not absorb magnesium properly
You lose magnesium through illness or medication
Magnesium is important for:

Normal heart rhythm
Reducing muscle cramps and fatigue
How to take it
Adults and children over 10 years
1 sachet, 1–3 times per day
Children aged 2–10 years
1 sachet once daily
How to prepare it
Empty one sachet into a glass.
Add at least half a glass of water, tea, or fruit juice.
Stir until dissolved.
Drink the mixture.
Important warnings
Do NOT take Magnesium Verla if you:
Are allergic to magnesium aspartate dihydrate or any ingredients
Are dehydrated
Have severe kidney problems
Have a tendency to develop kidney stones during kidney infection
Have very low urine production (oliguria) or no urine production (anuria)
Talk to a doctor before using if you:
Have Diabetes (contains sugar)
Have kidney problems
Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Are taking other medicines
Magnesium supplements can interact with some medications, especially antibiotics or medicines for heart conditions.
Sugar and lactose content
Each sachet contains:
2.84mg sucrose (sugar)
2.3 mg lactose
People with sugar intolerance or diabetes should be cautious.

Each 5 g sachet contains:
Magnesium aspartate dihydrate equivalent to 121.56 mg (5 mmol) of magnesium
Tip: Magnesium is often taken in the evening because it may help with muscle relaxation and sleep.
