Construction

As a wound-care medical device, a conventional INCI ingredient list is not applicable. The Film+Pad construction comprises:

• Non-Stick Barrier – provides the wound-contact surface and helps minimise disturbance during removal
• Wound Exudate Pad – absorbs wound fluid and helps protect the surrounding skin from excess moisture
• Adhesive Film – secures the dressing around the wound and conforms to the body’s contours
• Ultra-Thin Waterproof Bacterial Barrier – provides external protection while maintaining a lightweight, flexible dressing

How to Use

1. Wash your hands, then carefully clean the wound and dry the surrounding skin.
2. Open the sterile pouch and remove the protective backing without touching the wound pad.
3. Centre the absorbent pad over the wound and apply the dressing without stretching it.
4. Smooth the adhesive film onto the surrounding healthy skin so that the edges are securely attached.
5. Replace when required or if the dressing becomes wet, dirty, saturated or begins to lift.

The dressing is single use only. Do not use if the sterile barrier has been damaged. Infected, serious or extensive wounds and burns should be assessed by an appropriate healthcare professional.
