Nurofen Rapid Relief Maximum Strength 400mg Liquid Capsules deliver fast, powerful pain relief for adults and children aged 12 and over. Each capsule contains 400mg of ibuprofen — a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) — formulated for rapid absorption into the bloodstream to tackle pain, inflammation and fever quickly.

How It Works

Ibuprofen blocks prostaglandin production — the chemicals your body releases when injured or ill that cause inflammation, pain and fever. By reducing these chemicals, Nurofen helps your body manage pain and discomfort more effectively.

Dosage

• Adults and children aged 12 and over: take 1 capsule with water
• If necessary, take 1 capsule every 4 hours
• Do not exceed 3 capsules in any 24-hour period
• Do not chew the capsules
• If required for more than 3 days, or if symptoms worsen, consult a doctor

Do Not Take If You

• Are allergic to ibuprofen, aspirin or any other NSAID
• Have experienced asthma, allergic rash, or swelling when taking NSAIDs
• Are already taking other NSAID medication
• Have ever had stomach bleeding, perforation or ulcers after taking NSAIDs
• Have severe kidney, liver problems or severe heart failure
• Are in the last 3 months of pregnancy
• Are under 12 years of age

Contains

Each liquid capsule contains 400mg ibuprofen. Other ingredients: Polyethylene Glycol 600, Potassium Hydroxide, Sorbitol Liquid, Gelatin, Purified Water, Ponceau 4R (E124), Lecithin, medium chain triglycerides, Titanium Dioxide, Propylene Glycol, Isopropyl Alcohol and Hypromellose 3cP.

• Do not store above 25°C
• Store in the original package
• Keep out of sight and reach of children
