Pharmacist-formulated electrolyte tablets designed for fast and effective rehydration. The formula combines sodium, potassium and chloride with a small amount of glucose, helping replenish fluids and electrolytes lost through exercise, hot weather, travel, illness or everyday dehydration. Formulated in line with World Health Organization oral rehydration principles.

Naturally lemon-flavoured, vegan-friendly, gluten-free and lactose-free, with no artificial preservatives or aspartame. Suitable for adults and children when used according to the directions.

How to Use

For everyday hydration, dissolve 2 tablets in 200ml of drinking water. Allow the tablets to dissolve completely before drinking.

• Children aged 6+: 200ml of prepared solution when required.
• Children aged 3–6: 10ml of prepared solution per kg of body weight, in small sips.
• Children under 3: Use only under the guidance or supervision of a healthcare professional.

Never dissolve O.R.S in baby formula milk. Use prepared solution within 8 hours, or within 24 hours if refrigerated.
