How to use

1. Steam inhalation: add the recommended dose to a bowl of hot (not boiling) water and inhale the vapour, or leave it to release its vapours in the room overnight.
2. Tissue or handkerchief: apply a few drops and inhale as needed, or place under the pillow to clear congestion as you sleep.
3. Massage: dilute a few drops in a carrier oil and massage in for soothing relief when you feel achy.

For little noses, there is a gentler formulation, Olbas for Children.

Active ingredients w/w: Cajuput Oil 18.5%, Clove Oil 0.1%, Eucalyptus Oil 35.45%, Juniperberry Oil 2.7%, Levomenthol 4.1%, Methyl Salicylate 3.7%, Mint Oil, Partly Dementholised 35.45%.

Cautions

For external use and inhalation only. Do not apply to the nostrils or broken skin. Keep away from the eyes. Keep out of reach of children. If symptoms persist, speak to your pharmacist.
