How to Use

1. Place the mask inside a sealed plastic bag and put it in the freezer for 1 hour.
2. Remove from the freezer, position comfortably around your head and apply over closed eyes.
3. Leave on for 10 minutes. Adjust the strap as required.
4. Do not wear for longer than 20 minutes at a time.

Remove contact lenses before use. Temporary blurred vision can sometimes occur following treatment and should clear within a few minutes. If it has not cleared within an hour, consult an eye-care professional.

Cleaning & Care

If the mask becomes contaminated with food, oils, grease or dirt, clean it promptly. Hand wash using cooled boiled or bottled water with a mild detergent, then air dry for at least 24 hours until completely dry before reuse.
