Each serving provides 24g of protein, with whey protein isolate as the primary ingredient alongside whey protein concentrate and hydrolysed whey protein isolate.

With naturally occurring branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), a vanilla ice cream flavour and easy mixability, it is a convenient way for athletes, gym enthusiasts and active people to increase daily protein intake as part of a balanced diet.

How to Use

  1. Add approximately 30g (1 heaped scoop) of powder to 180–240ml of cold water.

  3. Alternatively, mix with milk for a creamier shake.
