Directions for Use
Adults and children aged 12 and over: 1 spray into each nostril, up to 3 times daily. Once or twice daily is usually sufficient.
- Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days
- Do not exceed the stated dose
- Avoid spraying into the eyes
- Do not share the spray — to avoid spreading infection
Who Should Not Use This Product
- Children under 12 years old
- Anyone allergic to xylometazoline or any listed ingredient
- Anyone taking, or who has taken in the last 2 weeks, an MAOI antidepressant
- Anyone with an overactive thyroid or narrow-angle glaucoma
- Anyone who has had surgery through the nose or skull base
Ask your pharmacist before use if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, or an enlarged prostate.
Warnings & Precautions

- Stop use and seek advice if you experience a fast or irregular heartbeat, or blurred vision
