Directions for Use

Adults and children aged 12 and over: 1 spray into each nostril, up to 3 times daily. Once or twice daily is usually sufficient.

• Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days
• Do not exceed the stated dose
• Avoid spraying into the eyes
• Do not share the spray — to avoid spreading infection

Who Should Not Use This Product

• Children under 12 years old
• Anyone allergic to xylometazoline or any listed ingredient
• Anyone taking, or who has taken in the last 2 weeks, an MAOI antidepressant
• Anyone with an overactive thyroid or narrow-angle glaucoma
• Anyone who has had surgery through the nose or skull base

Ask your pharmacist before use if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, or an enlarged prostate.

Warnings & Precautions

• Do not use for more than 7 days — prolonged use can worsen nasal congestion
• Stop use and seek advice if you experience a fast or irregular heartbeat, or blurred vision
