Otrivine Extra Dual Relief Nasal Spray is the only nasal spray combining two active ingredients — xylometazoline hydrochloride and ipratropium bromide — to simultaneously tackle nasal congestion and a runny nose caused by the common cold.

Active Ingredients
- Xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.5 mg/ml
- Ipratropium bromide 0.6 mg/ml
Directions for Use
Adults aged 18 and over: 1 spray into each nostril, up to 3 times daily.
- Leave at least 6 hours between doses
- Always blow your nose before use
- Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days
- Avoid contact with eyes
Who Should Not Use This Product
- Children and adolescents under 18 years
- Anyone with known hypersensitivity to xylometazoline, ipratropium bromide, atropine, or any excipients
- Anyone with narrow-angle glaucoma, rhinitis sicca, or who has had trans-sphenoidal surgery or surgery exposing the dura mater
Use with caution if you have hypertension, cardiovascular disease, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, prostatic hypertrophy, bladder stenosis, pheochromocytoma, cystic fibrosis, or are sensitive to adrenergic substances. Consult your pharmacist or doctor if unsure.

Possible Side Effects
May include localised nasal or throat irritation, nausea, headache, or nasal dryness. Less commonly: hypersensitivity reactions (including angioedema or urticaria), insomnia, fatigue, or transient visual disturbances. Stop use and seek medical advice if you experience a fast or irregular heartbeat.
