Otrivine Extra Dual Relief Nasal Spray – Fast Relief for Blocked & Runny Nose
Otrivine Extra Dual Relief is a pharmacy-only nasal spray specifically formulated to provide fast and effective relief from nasal congestion and runny nose caused by colds. Its unique dual-action formula treats multiple nasal symptoms at the same time, helping you breathe more easily and feel comfortable again.
This is the only nasal spray to contain a combination of xylometazoline hydrochloride and ipratropium bromide, working together to relieve blocked nose, runny nose, sinus pressure, and sneezing.
Xylometazoline hydrochloride (0.5 mg/ml) acts as a powerful nasal decongestant, reducing swelling of the nasal lining by constricting blood vessels in the nose. It provides a fast effect within 5–10 minutes, with relief lasting up to 6–8 hours.
Ipratropium bromide (0.6 mg/ml) helps reduce excessive nasal mucus secretion, targeting a runny nose directly. It starts working within 15 minutes and provides relief for an average of 6 hours.
