How to Use
- For oral use. Swallow capsules with water.
- Adults, including the elderly: Take 1–2 capsules every 4 hours as required. Maximum 8 capsules in 24 hours.
- Adolescents aged 12–15 years: Take 1 capsule every 4–6 hours when required. Maximum 4 doses in 24 hours.
- Not recommended for children under 12 years.
- Always use the lowest effective dose for the shortest necessary period.

- Contains caffeine. Avoid excessive intake of coffee, tea and other caffeine-containing products while taking ParaExtra.
