• Self-heating cramp patches: air-activated warming patches containing iron powder, vermiculite, activated carbon and salt within a non-woven outer layer. No electricity is required.
• Pre-PMS pimple patches: made primarily from hydrocolloid, with 0.5% salicylic acid and 0.5% tea tree oil.
• Intimate wipes: moist cleansing wipes with ingredients including glycerin, vitamin E, chamomile extract and honeysuckle flower extract.

How to Use

• Cramp patches: Remove the protective backing and position the patch on clothing or underwear over the area where warmth is wanted. Do not place it directly against sensitive skin. Smooth it into place and allow the air-activated patch to warm. Each patch is single-use; follow the pack directions.
• Pimple patches: Apply an individual patch directly over a blemish on clean, completely dry skin. Leave in place for several hours or overnight, then gently remove and discard.
• Intimate wipes: Use externally whenever convenient cleansing or freshness is required, then dispose of the wipe after use.
