Each pleasant spearmint-flavoured tablet contains two antacids — calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate — which work together to neutralise excess stomach acid. No water needed; tablets can be sucked or chewed.

How to Use
Adults: Suck or chew 1–2 tablets as required. Do not exceed 11 tablets in 24 hours. Do not take continuously for longer than 2 weeks.
Not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years — sufficient safety and efficacy data are not available for this age group.

Important Information
Do not use Rennie Spearmint if you have severe kidney disease, high calcium levels (hypercalcaemia), excessive calcium in the urine (hypercalciuria), kidney stones, or if you are allergic to any of its ingredients.
Antacids can affect the absorption of other medicines. Check the patient information leaflet or ask your pharmacist if you are taking any other medication.
Contains sucrose and glucose: each tablet contains 250mg sucrose and 250mg glucose. This formulation is not sugar-free.
