Apply generously and evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure, making sure no areas are missed. Rub in thoroughly and allow the sunscreen to absorb completely before coming into contact with clothing or other surfaces.
A 100ml bottle provides approximately 2–3 full-body applications when the correct quantity is used. Applying less sunscreen will significantly reduce the stated level of protection. Reapply if the product has been rubbed off through towel drying or excessive sweating, paying particular attention to vulnerable areas such as the ears, nose, shoulders, shins, and feet.

Suitable for all ages and particularly useful for anyone requiring very high, durable sun protection. Its water- and sweat-resistant properties make it well suited to holidays, swimming, sports, and outdoor activities.
Do not apply to broken or sunburnt skin. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes; if contact occurs, rinse immediately and thoroughly with water. Avoid excessive sun exposure, particularly during the intense midday sun between approximately 11am and 3pm. Even high-SPF sunscreen does not provide complete protection — seek shade and use protective clothing where appropriate. Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight.
Avoid contact with fabrics until the product has fully absorbed, as staining can occur. Certain synthetic or plastic materials, including sunglasses, cushions, nail polish, and gel nails, may become discoloured or damaged. Store away from excessive heat and direct sunlight.
