How to Use

• Adults and children aged 12+: take 10ml twice daily
• Children aged 6–11: take 10ml once daily
• Children aged 3–5: take 5ml once daily
• Take on an empty stomach, approximately 30 minutes before a meal
• Shake the bottle well before use
• Use the measuring cap provided — do not drink directly from the bottle
