Make sure the inside back of each shoe is clean and dry. Test the position before removing the protective film, with the larger rounded end at the back of the heel area. Peel off the film and press the adhesive side firmly against the inside of the shoe. Adjust carefully during initial fitting so the shields sit at corresponding positions.
To remove, peel slowly while supporting the shoe material beside the shield. Wash and reuse as directed on the pack. Replace after approximately six months or sooner if worn. Stop use if discomfort or irritation occurs. Attach to the shoe, not directly to broken or irritated skin.
