How to Use

Attach a Spotlight Sonic brush head and apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste. Wet the brush head, place it against the teeth, and select your preferred Clean or White mode. Gently guide the toothbrush around the teeth and gumline without applying excessive pressure — allow the sonic movements to perform the cleaning action rather than scrubbing as you would with a manual toothbrush. Brush for 2 minutes, twice daily. Replace the brush head approximately every 3 months, or sooner if the bristles become worn or frayed.

Battery & Charging

The Sonic One provides up to 30 days of battery life on a full charge when used twice daily for two minutes. A complete charge takes approximately 4 hours. A USB/DC charging cable is supplied with the toothbrush.
