Common Allergy Symptoms

• Sneezing and an itchy, runny or blocked nose
• Itchy, red, watering eyes
• Wheezing, chest tightness or shortness of breath
• Raised, itchy, red rash

• Dry, red and cracked skin

How to Use

For easy breathing and to moisturise the nasal lining:

• Keep the head straight
• Gently place the nozzle in the nostril and spray once or twice in each nostril
• Allow any excess solution to flow out, then blow your nose

For deeper cleansing of the nasal cavities:

• Tilt the head to one side
• Gently place the nozzle in the upper nostril and dispense a prolonged spray
• Allow any excess solution to flow out, then blow your nose

Can be used 2 to 6 times daily for as long as needed or as directed by your doctor.
