Active Ingredient

How to Use
Adults and children aged 12 years and over:
- One spray into each nostril 2–3 times daily as required
- Maximum: 3 sprays into each nostril per day
- Do not use continuously for more than 7 days
Children under 12 years: Not recommended.
Directions for Use
- Remove the plastic cap from the nozzle
- Before first use, press the plunger until a fine spray appears
- Hold the bottle upright and insert the nozzle into one nostril
- Press the plunger while breathing in gently through the nose
- Repeat for the other nostril
- Wipe the nozzle clean and replace the cap after use
