Active Ingredient

How to Use

Adults and children aged 12 years and over:

• One spray into each nostril 2–3 times daily as required
• Maximum: 3 sprays into each nostril per day
• Do not use continuously for more than 7 days

Children under 12 years: Not recommended.

Directions for Use

1. Remove the plastic cap from the nozzle
2. Before first use, press the plunger until a fine spray appears
3. Hold the bottle upright and insert the nozzle into one nostril
4. Press the plunger while breathing in gently through the nose
5. Repeat for the other nostril
6. Wipe the nozzle clean and replace the cap after use
