Active Ingredient
Each tablet contains: Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride 60mg
Other Ingredients: Lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, maize starch, silica, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, polyethylene glycol, talc, and red iron oxide (E172).
Directions for Use
Adults and children aged 12 years and over:
- Take 1 tablet every 4–6 hours as needed
- Maximum 4 doses in 24 hours
- Leave at least 4 hours between doses
Swallow tablets with water. Do not exceed the stated dose.

Do not use this medicine if you:
- Are allergic to pseudoephedrine or any listed ingredients
- Have high blood pressure or heart disease
- Have diabetes
- Have glaucoma
- Have an overactive thyroid gland
- Have severe kidney problems
- Have a phaeochromocytoma
Do not take if you are:
- Taking beta blockers
- Taking other cough, cold, congestion, or stimulant medicines
- Taking or have taken MAOIs or RIMAs within the last 2 weeks
