Sumatran Relief Tablets contain sumatriptan 50mg and are indicated for the acute relief of migraine attacks with or without aura in adults aged 18 to 65 years. Sumatriptan is believed to act by reducing the temporary widening of blood vessels in the head associated with migraine, helping to relieve headache pain and associated symptoms such as nausea, vomiting and sensitivity to light and sound.
Important: Sumatran Relief must only be used where a diagnosis of migraine has been clearly established by a doctor. It is not suitable for preventing migraine attacks. If you are not sure, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use. Contains 2 tablets per pack.

- For the acute treatment of migraine with or without aura
- Helps relieve headache, nausea, vomiting and sensitivity to light and sound
- Works once a migraine attack has started — not for prevention

- 2 tablets per pack
Directions
Adults (18–65 years only):
- Take 50mg (1 tablet) as soon as possible after the migraine has started.
- If symptoms improve after the first dose but return, a second 50mg tablet may be taken — wait at least 2 hours after the first dose before taking the second.
- Do not take more than 100mg (2 tablets) in any 24-hour period.
- If the first tablet has no effect, do not take a second tablet for the same attack. You may take other analgesics such as paracetamol, aspirin or ibuprofen instead.
