How to use
Children (2-12yrs): We recommend you twist open the small capsules and give the contents as follows: Age 2-3 years: Give ONE capsule each day mixed with food or drink. Age 4-12 years: Give TWO capsules each day mixed with food or drink. The capsules can also be swallowed whole with water.

Amla extract (Emblica officinalis), also known as Indian gooseberry extract, is derived from the fruit of the Indian Amla tree. As well as being one of the richest sources of Vitamin C, Amla has been used in traditional medicine for centuries and it is known for its numerous health benefits due to the presence of powerful bioactive compounds. Shiitake and Oyster mushrooms combined with Holy Basil are a rich source of Zinc. Organic Moringa Leaf is added as a prebiotic to help promote gut health.
