Thealoz Duo is a preservative-free ophthalmic solution specially formulated for moderate to severe dry eye disease. Its unique combination of trehalose 3% and sodium hyaluronate 0.15% works together to protect, hydrate, and lubricate the ocular surface — with clinical evidence showing a single drop improves tear film thickness for at least 4 hours.

How It Works

Trehalose (3%) is a natural bioprotectant found in organisms that survive extreme dryness. It protects epithelial cells on the eye surface by improving resistance to environmental stress and tear film instability, offering powerful osmoprotection and exceptional water retention.

Sodium hyaluronate (0.15%) enhances hydration by retaining moisture, providing long-lasting lubrication and comfort. Together, the combination lasts significantly longer than sodium hyaluronate alone.

Thealoz Duo is a hypotonic formulation, effectively addressing tear film hyperosmolarity associated with chronic dry eye. Its patented ABAK® preservative-free bottle ensures easy, hygienic application and eliminates preservative-related toxicity.

How to Use
