How It Works
Each pack contains separate internal components which, when activated by squeezing and shaking, produce an endothermic cooling reaction — allowing the pack to become cold instantly without prior freezing.
How to Use
- Squeeze the pack firmly and shake it to activate the cooling action.
- Wrap the pack in a cloth or place a suitable barrier between the pack and the skin before applying to the affected area. Do not apply directly to bare skin.
- Monitor the skin and pack regularly during use to help prevent excessive cooling or leakage.
- Discard after use — each pack is single-use and not reusable.
Do not puncture or use a damaged or leaking pack. For external use only. Do not use on infants. People with poor circulation, Raynaud’s syndrome, diabetes or impaired temperature sensation should seek medical advice before using cold therapy.
