Highly concentrated and versatile, it can also be diluted with a suitable carrier oil for topical use or added to a warm bath. A small amount goes a long way.
Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Flower Oil – Lavender essential oil is prized for its distinctive sweet, herbaceous-floral fragrance. It is widely used in aromatherapy and home-fragrance routines to create a soothing and relaxing environment.
For aromatherapy: Add a few drops to an appropriate diffuser or oil burner according to the appliance manufacturer’s directions to fragrance your surroundings.
For topical use: Essential oil must be diluted before applying to the skin. Approximately 12 drops of carrier oil for every 1–2 drops of essential oil is recommended. Suitable carrier oils include sweet almond, olive, coconut, or rosehip oil. Perform a patch test before first use and discontinue if irritation develops.
For bathing: Dilute appropriately before adding a few drops to a warm bath. Do not add concentrated essential oil directly to the skin.
