Deodorant is something you put onto your body every day, so it is useful to know what is in it. Vico’s deodorant base uses the following ingredients:

• Coconut Oil: Contains vitamins and antioxidants and helps keep skin smooth.
• Shea Butter: Helps moisturise the skin.
• Sunflower Wax: Adds texture and helps make the deodorant smooth.
• Triethyl Citrate: Helps combat body odour.
• Tapioca Starch: Helps absorb moisture.
• Bicarbonate of Soda: Also known as baking soda, this helps fight odour.
• Magnesium Hydroxide: Works alongside baking soda to help neutralise body odour.
• Cetearyl Alcohol/Stearyl Alcohol: Plant-based alcohol used in the deodorant base to help it glide smoothly on the underarms. The Wexford Strawberry ingredient list specifies Cetearyl Alcohol.
• Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride: Helps make the deodorant smooth.
• Vitamin E & Sunflower Oil: Antioxidants that help preserve the deodorant.
• Essential Oil or Parfum: Gives the deodorant its scent. Wexford Strawberry contains Parfum.
