UltraPure Witch Hazel & Rose Water Toner is a gentle, alcohol-based toner formulated for oily, combination, and sensitive skin. Infused with Rosa Damascena flower oil, it helps freshen, tone, and balance the skin after cleansing.
After cleansing as normal, dampen a cotton wool pad with UltraPure Witch Hazel & Rose Water Toner and gently apply to the face and neck. Allow to dry or rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry. If skin feels tight or dry after use, follow with a moisturiser. For best results, use twice daily.
