How to Use

The Cream

• Apply thinly and evenly to the area around the entrance of the vagina, 2–3 times daily.

The Pessary

1. Wash hands before and after use.
2. Remove the applicator from packaging and pull out the plunger until it stops.
3. Remove the pessary from the foil blister and squeeze firmly into the applicator holder (to about 1cm).
4. Lying on your back with knees bent, insert the applicator as deep as is comfortable into the vagina.
5. Press the plunger slowly until it stops to deposit the pessary, then remove the applicator.
6. Best used at bedtime for comfortable, overnight treatment.
